There is no extra charge for wheelchair access, no call-out fee and no surge pricing. Fares follow standard WA metered taxi rates, or we can provide a fixed quote for pre-booked trips. Eligible passengers can reduce the cost by up to 75% with the WA Passenger Transport Subsidy Scheme (PTSS), or use NDIS transport funding — just ask when you book.
Yes — we provide transport for NDIS participants and work with both plan-managed and self-managed participants. We can invoice your plan manager directly or provide receipts for self-managed claims. If you're unsure how your transport funding works, our team is happy to talk it through.
Absolutely. Our wheelchair accessible vehicles are designed with seating for carers, support workers, family members and companions to travel comfortably alongside you.
Yes. Our vehicles use ramps or hydraulic hoists to accommodate manual and powered wheelchairs as well as mobility scooters, with certified tie-down restraints so you remain safely secured for the whole trip. Let us know your equipment when booking so we send the right vehicle.
